Sensational result for daughter out of SURFER full sister in the Netherlands!
GenHotel reports that a daughter out of the SURFER full sister Bouw-Champion Hedy (Champion x SUNRISE), purchased at the TGA in January 2023, has now clearly taken the lead in the Netherlands with her genomic result. She shows remarkable values of 498 gNVI, 675 INET and 1106 LVD and thus reaches a level never seen before in the NVI system. With these impressive genomic results, Hedy has conquered the top spot for gNVI B&W and left the second placed far behind with a difference of almost 50 points. OHG congratulates breeder Jan Bouw on this outstanding success.
Hedy’s dam, WW Hazel, has values of 304 gNVI, 151 gRZG and 2811 gTPI. Sunrise daughter Hazel, bred on the Weber & Weber farm, was purchased by Bouw via the OHG Top Genetics Sale in 2023. The dam of Hedy has already produced 28 embryos for 7 different customers, whereby Hazel’s full brother WW Surfer, who is at OHG, is still the clear No. 1 Sunrise son with 157 gRZG. Hazel’s pedigree leads back to the foundation cow Darlawn Marshell Heaven-ET via Anderstrup Snowman Heaven VG-87.
